Here’s a recent shot from a recent small plates shoot for Grub Street at Dr teeth and the electric mayhem. This burger features a ghost pepper topping with habanero sauce. The ghost pepper is supposedly the hottest known to man. We had a chance to sample the burger after the shoot. I felt like iron man a few minutes later with a glowing heat emanating from my chest. We were warned to wash your hands after handling them, because anything you touch will burn for quite a while. Hot stuff, tons of capsaicin in these puppies.
