Living in Humboldt you meet some interesting people. I became good friends with the marketing rep for Cypress Groves cheeses and fell in love with truffle tremor. It is delicious if you ever see it in the stores. I found Marlowe did a great job of serving this cheese. It’s actually one of my favorite places in San Francisco. Here is a shot of the Tuna Tartar:
